How do I place an order?
Shop products in the Gift & Merchandise store. Select the product, size and color you'd like (if applicable), then click the 'Request for Quote' button to add the item(s) to your custom quote. Once you submit the quote, we'll work on finalizing your order for payment + processing.
What happens once I submit a quote?
After you select your item(s) and submit a quote, we will calculate shipping rates and taxes based on where you are shipping to and how quickly you need the order processed.
Quotes take 24-48 hours to turnaround, but can be completed quicker if need be.
Quotes will be emailed to you for approval + payment processing once complete. After payment is received, the order will be produced.
How long does it take to get my order?
Orders typically take 5-10 days to produce and ship to you. This varies by product, so be sure to include any details on required delivery dates so we can ensure your order arrives in time.

Can my order meet a required delivery date?
We will do everything we can to meet your required delivery date! Note that all products here must be printed + produced, so take ~5-10 days to ship. Rush options are available, so be sure to enter required delivery dates on your custom quote so we can estimate costs accordingly.
Can I ship to multiple locations?
Yes! Enter special shipping requests on your quote and we will be in touch to finalize logistics and detail costs.
